Available for purchase in alone or with a 750ml bottle of the Bo & Ivy Straight Bourbon from the same barrels used to finish the coffee beans. This delicious package is the perfect gift for a coffee or bourbon aficianado.

Six ounce whole bean bags are available without the bottle of bourbon as well

Swing's Ethiopia Sidamo is aged in 2-year-old barrels from our distillery. These beans are roasted delicately for optimal balance presenting sweet bourbon and green apple with a big, sweet body. Enjoy black or with a touch of cream. Makes an excellent cold brew coffee as well. Simply coarse grind, soak for 10-12 hours in cold water, and add cream and/or vanilla to taste.

COFFEE These Ethiopian beans are carefully hand-picked, only at their ripest. During the natural process, the coffee cherries are spread out on raised beds and gently turned for two to three weeks, until most of the moisture has evaporated out. This process imparts much of the natural sugars in the coffee cherry to the seed. Naturally processed coffee takes a considerable amount of care, as the fruit needs to remain intact and avoid tearing or punctures, which can result in a coffee tasting sour or phenolic. This coffee is alcohol-free, as it burns off during the roasting process.

Orders that select “Pickup from our Distillery" will not be ready for pickup until we notify you via the email address provided when placing the order when your coffee is available to be picked up.
